HKSF Sailing Training Program, Level 2 - Basic SkillsApplication Deadline: December 6th$1,600.0 – $2,800.0By the end of the course, the successful sailor will be safety conscious, have a basic knowledge of sailing and be capable of sailing a dinghy without an instructor on board in light and medium winds. The emphasis of the course will be largely practical and Level 2 courses are normally not less than 28 hours.
Please note that the price does not include an HKSF logbook or a certificate if applicable. Courses will only run when the course is fully subscribed, otherwise the course will be cancelled and the course fee will be refunded. This grouping session is to recruit Egret Team members and to observe the sailing abilities of participants. Participants will use single-handed dinghies for training every other Saturday from October onwards. Courses will only run when there are 6 participants enrolled, otherwise the course will be cancelled and the course fee will be refunded. This course enables children and their parents (applicant) to experience dinghy sailing together in the presence of a coach.
